Level B-/C+: 13-14mph, 30 miles. Meet at Mondauk Park. The ride leaves at 1:45 pm. Short-ish Sunday afternoon spin, for those who are unable to cycle this morning. Pretty meander from Mondauk Park on Dillon Road through Ft. Washington, Ambler, and Maple Glen, to the mega-Wawa in Gwynedd for a quick rest/snack break. The Wawa stop is at Mile 16. Return via Gwynedd Valley and Penllyn. Part of the route will include a segment of the Horsham Power Line Trail, and the Parsons Lane Trail. Mostly rolling terrain, with no severe climbs. Total elevation gain is 1530 ft, averaging a moderate 51 ft/mile. Most of the climbing is before the rest stop at Wawa.
