TOPIC: Plumsteadville parking

Be advised, the small side lot at the Plumstead Market Square shopping center where we usually meet up for rides has been closed. Does not look to be temporary as they have newly installed posts with a chain across the lot's entrance and a sign saying 'Lot Closed."
