H4-group-2Central Bucks Bicycle Club offers some of the best and most scenic recreational riding around. Come out and discover the joy of traversing miles of picturesque and quiet back roads together with the terrific people who form our club.

Regular cycling activities include dozens of evening and weekend bicycle rides for riders of all levels year-round, and in the summer, special club rides and tailgate rides—all-category rides with a picnic at the end.

CBBC also offers member programs on cycling-related topics as well as numerous social activities.

Our goal is to encourage everyone to participate in bicycling and to sponsor and support cycling as a fun lifelong activity that can serve as recreation, beneficial exercise, transportation and competition. We also promote equal road rights and safe cycling practices.

Mostly, we ride our bikes (both on the road and in the woods), but we also are active in our community and engage in charitable activities. We help riders to develop safe and effective cycling skills and create a social atmosphere for cycling. While we are not a racing club, you may encounter members who are actively involved in racing. We host an annual fall foliage bicycle tour each October, the Covered Bridges Ride, as other, smaller, club events.

CBBC, a not-for-profit organization, is an affiliated member of Bicycle Coalition of Greater Phildelphia, Bicycle Access Council, and the League of American Bicyclists.

A note on safety: CBBC works to keep its rides safe and to foster a favorable image of bicyclists in our community. If you join CBBC rides, please plan on obeying all laws of the road and the club safety rules as well as riding with courtesy towards motorists and fellow bicyclists.
