Fri September 5, 2025 - Friday Frolic w/Linda. Friday Afternoon Quick Spin to Freddie Hill Farms for Ice Cream
Level B-/C+: 13-13.5mph, 19 miles. Meet at Fischer's Park in Towamencin, 2235 Bustard Rd, Harleysville, PA 19438. The ride leaves at 2:45 pm. Freddie Hill Farms in Lansdale, popular creamery, is CLOSING PERMANENTLY at the end of this season! According to their website, September 28 (Sunday), will be their LAST day of business. This ride is a short loop to visit Freddie Hill for an ice cream (or other treat) before their final closing. Quiet roads (and some paved trail in Godshall Park) in the Harleysville/Lansdale area. Ice cream/snack stop at Freddie Hill is at Mile 16. If you have to work on Friday or have other plans in the morning, here's a chance to squeeze in a little bit of therapeutic ice cream & sunshine. The Start/Finish at Fischer's Park has restrooms and a water fountain. Cue sheets will be available. The on-line route map is https://ridewithgps.com/routes/52522804.
