Club ride for CBBC members out in Lancaster County's Amish country. Saturday route starts from the Jaycee Park in Strasburg. Riding approximately 40 miles through mostly Amish farm country, with a rest stop at the Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse, PA. Mostly gently rolling terrain with one covered bridge and LOTS of one room Amish school houses. Total climbing is around 1800 feet. If you plan on staying overnight and riding the Sunday route, we can meet up for dinner at a local restaurant Saturday evening. Lots of hotel choices but Holli and I will be staying at the Classic Inn, 2302 E Lincoln Hwy (Rte. 30), Lancaster, PA 17602; (717)-291-4576. You'll need to make your own reservations. RWGPS route will be sent to ride registrants before ride weekend.
